Medusa's Gaze is made for survivors. It's traditionally used for fierce boundaries, protection, reclaiming your power after being wronged and turning pain into armor.
In Hesiod's Theogony, Medusa is one of the three Gorgons and the only mortal among them. When Perseus beheads her, the winged horse Pegasus springs from her neck. In Ovid's Metamorphoses, she was once a beautiful young woman, assaulted by Neptune in Minerva's temple and then punished for it, her hair turned to snakes. Her face, the Gorgoneion, was carried on Athena's aegis and painted on Greek shields, doorways and pottery to turn harm away. Today many women claim her as a symbol of survival.

Dress a candle. Anoint a black candle from the middle out, away from you, to set a boundary or push harm back where it came from.
Mirror work. Touch a drop to the edges of a small mirror and set it facing outward on your altar or near your door, to reflect ill intent back to its source.
Petitions. Write the boundary you're claiming, dress the corners and fold it away from you.
Anoint yourself. After a patch test, touch a drop to your wrists or throat before facing a hard conversation, a court date or a room you'd rather not walk into.
Bath. Blend a few drops into a carrier oil or a cup of salt first. Never add it straight to the water.
