All sessions are custom-held and final. Once you book your distance Reiki or energy healing session, that time and energetic space is reserved just for you—cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
This approach is consistent with energy healing practices, where late cancelations or no-shows typically result in forfeiture of the full session value.
If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, we will be happy to reschedule your session to a more supportive time—simply reach out, and we’ll hold a new space for you when you're ready.

No returns or exchanges apply to our services. Unlike physical products, energy healing sessions can't be returned or exchanged once they are scheduled or held—this aligns with how well-established healing practitioners structure their services.
